Jack n Jill bathroom has tub & linen closet and is accessible from hallway making it a good option for adding az rm. Large bdrm has 2 closets and banks of drawers as well. Laminate & carpet flooring. Outside shed has power and includes new W/D. AC/Heat 2019, new awning 2023.
