One of the things re: buying from Judy is that she provides a 1 year warranty on the units she sells, through a company called Choice Home Warranty. We were a bit sceptical since we've always thought these extended warranty companies were a scam, but it was free for a year so we'll take it! 2 months into the summer our central started giving us fits and not cooling all the time. Had a random AC company tell us it was a $1200 fix, then had someone from CHW look at it, and it was fixed right away. I think I'm a convert!!
