One of the things re: buying from Judy is that she provides a 1 year warranty on the units she sells, through a company called Choice Home Warranty. We were a bit sceptical since we've always thought these extended warranty companies were a scam, but it was free for a year so we'll take it! 2 months into the summer our central started giving us fits and not cooling all the time. Had a random AC company tell us it was a $1200 fix, then had someone from CHW look at it, and it was fixed right away. I think I'm a convert!!

Unit B-111 – Upgraded 1987 Tahoe
Unit B-111 is a nice 1987 Tahoe and a great unit to consider if you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable place to start enjoying Rincon Country East RV Resort.
One of the things I really like about this unit is the south-facing deck. It gives you a great outdoor area for sitting, visiting with friends, and enjoying the Arizona sunshine. The B Street neighborhood is also a very nice area of the resort, with a friendly, comfortable feel.
Inside, the U-shaped kitchen is compact, practical, and easy to work in. The Arizona room gives you additional space for relaxing, entertaining, or just having a little extra room. There is also an attached storage shed and a washer and dryer.
The owners have made some nice upgrades, including new flooring, a rolled-rubber roof, and new mini-split systems in both the main living area and the bedroom. These improvements make the home more comfortable and easier to enjoy.
And if you look toward the east, you can catch a glimpse of the Rincon Mountains—a nice little bonus.
